Maintenance Plans

Our regularly hourly rate is $90/hour

Package A: 1 hour per month. Normally $90, discounted prepaid rate $75, with a maximum of 15 minutes
rollover of unused hours to the next 30 day period.

Package B: 1.5 hours per month. Normally $135, discounted prepaid rate $112.5, with a maximum of 30
minutes rollover of unused hours to the next 30 day period.

Package C: 3 hours per month. Normally $270, discounted prepaid rate $225, with thirty days rollover of all
unused hours

Package D: 5 hours per month. Normally $450, discounted prepaid rate $360, with thirty days of rollover of
all unused hours

These are our basic packages – we can customize to your needs.

You can upgrade or downgrade between any two plans with a 30-day notice period.

All plans require a 30-day notice period for termination. Rollover hours will be managed as below.
• Unused time from what is allotted to you in a month gets rolled over to the next month automatically,
with limits as noted above, dependent on the package.
• Your total amount of accumulated rollover hours used cannot exceed 75% of your monthly plan.
• Once your accumulated rollover hours exceed that amount, the excess is lost indefinitely.
• If you change to a lower package from a higher package, then all rollover hours are limited to the
limitations of that package, any remaining rollover hours over that limit are lost indefinitely.
• In the event of cancellation, your rollover hours, if any, are lost indefinitely.
• Rollover hours are not redeemable for cash or credit and are not transferable.
• Any work done beyond available package and rollover hours will be performed at the standard
hourly rate if work must be completed during a thirty day period in which all prepaid time has been
used.

All plans require prepayment with a credit card or via Paypal, which will be billed monthly until canceled.
Prepayment for six or twelve months is available via check.
